We will start the search process and we will show you the homes that you think are best suited to your needs. When you have found the right home, we will represent you in obtaining the home for the best possible price. Once the offer is accepted, there is a conditional sale period and this is the time frame where the Buyer must fulfill the clauses that have been included in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. After the conditions have been fulfilled, the deal goes firm and you wait for the closing date to get the keys to your new home and move in.
